Sahakol Engineer Co., Ltd was awarded a Phase-1 Mae Moh Mining Contract by Electricity Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for the Overburden Removal Service of 90-Million Cubic Meter at Mae Moh Mine in Lampang. Later, the Company was awarded additional works for Overburden Removal for 22 Million Cubic Meter and Lignite Coal Separation for 1.5 Million Tons as well as other related construction works. The overall contract was 3,544 Million baht.

Sahakol Engineer Co., Ltd. was awarded a Phase-2 Mae Moh Mining Contract by Electricity Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for the Overburden Removal Service at Mae Moh Mine in Lampang, worth 9,718 Million Baht. Later, the Company was awarded additional work Overburden Removal for 77 Million Cubic Meter, worth 147 Million Baht.

Sahakol Engineer Co., Ltd. was awarded a Contract by Department of National Highways to construct Road No. 35- Thonburi-Paktor, with 8-Kilometer Length, connecting to Road No. 37. The work scope also included Water Piping Construction and Installation Work for the Metropolitan Water Authority of Thailand and Underground Electric Wire Installation Work for the Metropolitan Electricity Authority of Thailand. The Overall Project Value was 1,501 Million Baht.

The Company had increased its registered capital to 500 Million Baht and focused on providing Full-scale Mining Construction Services.

The Company was awarded a sub-contractor contract for Mae Moh Phase-4 Project for Soil Excavation of 28 Million Cubic Meters. The Project had 504 Million Baht Value and operated from 2002-2006.

Later, The Consortium led by the Company and A.S. Associate Engineering (1964) Co., Ltd. was awarded a Mae Moh Mining Contract for Overburden Removal for 80 Million Cubic Meter, from 2007 to 2009. The Project Value was 2,820.25 Million Baht.

The Joint-Venture led by the Company and Italian-Thai Development Plc. (ITD) was awarded a Mae Moh Phase-7 Mining Contract for Overburden Removal. The Company holds 50% Share in the Joint-Venture. The Overall Project Value was 21,906 Million Baht.

Mae Moh Phase 7/1 Mining

The SQ-ITD Joint Venture, which the Company owns 50% Share, was awarded a Mae Moh Phase 7/1 Mining Contract for Overburden Removal of 80 Million Cubic Meter. The Project Value was 5,273 Million Baht.

In January 23, 2014, the Company was awarded a Mining Concession Contract by Hong Sa Power Co., Ltd. for Overburden Removal for Hongsa Coal-Fire Power Plant in Laos. The Project Value is 11,742.7 Million Baht.

In July 2014, The Company paid a Dividend of 14-baht per share from the Net Profit in 2012, to the Company’s shareholders of total 5,000,000 shares. The Dividend amount was 70 Million Baht.

The Company also increased its registered capital through Right Offering for existing shareholders, from 500 Million Baht to 750 Million Baht. The First Capital Increment was on November 11, 2014 for 200 Million Baht and the Second one was on January 26th, 2015 for 50 Million Baht. The New Shares was allocated on February 27, 2015. The Capital Increase was used to invest in the Hongsa Project.

The Company was awarded Mae Moh Phase-8 Mining Contract by EGAT on August 26, 2015. The Project Period is from 2016-2025 has the Project Value of 22,870 Million Baht.

The Company has converted into a Public Company Limited on April 3, 2015. The Company increased its Registered Capital from 750 Million baht to 1,115 Million Baht and will offer 380 Million New Shares with 1-baht par value via the Initial Public offering to Public Investors.

Sahakol Engineer Co., Ltd. had stopped business operation and was unregistered on March 15, 2015.

In May 9 2018, the Company received and signed the letter of intent with respect to an amendment to Mining Services Agreement Contractor D from Hongsa Power Company Limited (“HPC”) that the amount of additional services fee is 1,036 Million Thai Baht from the excavation, sorting and transportation of waste with a quantity of approximately twenty-eight (28) Million Bank Cubic Meter

• มิถุนายน บริษัทฯได้นำใบสำคัญแสดงสิทธิที่เสนอขายให้แก่กรรมการและพนักงานของบริษัท จำนวน 3,550,150 หน่วย มีอัตราการใช้สิทธิ 1 ใบสำคัญแสดงสิทธิ มีสิทธิซื้อหุ้นสามัญได้ 1 หุ้น ที่ราคาการใช้สิทธิ 1 บาท มีการใช้สิทธิไปทั้งสิ้น 2,067,350 หน่วย รวมเป็นเงินที่ได้รับจากการใช้สิทธิซื้อหุ้นสามัญเพิ่มทุนจำนวน 2,067,350 บาท ทั้งนี้ ภายหลังการจดทะเบียนเพิ่มทุนชำระแล้ว บริษัทฯ มีหุ้นที่รอการใช้สิทธิซื้อหุ้นสามัญจำนวน 1,482,800 หุ้นและคงเหลือใบสำคัญแสดงสิทธิเพื่อเสนอขายให้แก่กรรมการและพนักงานของบริษัท จำนวน 1,482,800 หน่วย

• บริษัทได้ร่วมลงนามสัญญาทั้ง 2 โครงการ สำหรับ โครงการ North Pit Wall Expansion และโครงการ Build, Lease and Transfer (BLT) กับ บริษัท ไฟฟ้าหงสา จำกัด (“ผู้ว่าจ้าง”) ในวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2564
